The time when everything changed

Okay so I guess I should probably start at the beginning. Now I know what your all thinking, that was when you and Ben meet. Well if you answered that your wrong. I I feel like the beginning was when we brought Parker into this world. This was a massive change for both of us, I mean we were newly married, had just moved into our new home, and were a complete family. So EVERYTHING Changed. But it had changed for the better. Sure I couldn't just duck down to the shops without taking the baby and carrier but all in all life was better.

Being at home for the first few months gave me a lot of free time. Parker was an awesome sleeper and would pretty much sleep all day. I can pretty much reassure you that at the time period there was probably not one DIY pin that I hadn't seen. At first I started small... buying a sewing machine and making toys, and painting shelves to put in his room, but then my ideas started to get bigger and more frequent. Now I have always liked making stuff, I seem to get some sort of a kick out of it, but now its slightly different because I am doing it for some body Else.

Now not everything that I make is completely my idea, but I wanted to write this blog to inspire others and to help finish that product or give you ideas of things you can do with your kids who might be the same age. Now you will probably notice that im going to start off small, lots of baby sensory play. Parker loves it and so do I.
